Every new tanker is provided with a user manual & the offer of operator instruction at the factory, or on site. The company’s geographical situation gives fast access to Britain’s motorway system & airports, facilitating rapid movement of both spares & after sales service engineers to home & overseas locations.
Quality
Operators of our equipment are by definition almost always engaged in the performance of essential services on behalf of public undertakings or commercial concerns, and only minimal downtime can be tolerated for service or breakdowns. So, although parts supply is normal, when our tankers leave the factory, they tend to stay out!
