Combination Suction/Jetting Tankers
The addition of a vacuum sludge tanker facility to a traditional high pressure water jetting system dramatically increases versatility when dealing with sewer pipe blockages, simply by making the whole cleaning process a far more efficient exercise.
From the demountable mini low volume jetvac mounted on a 3.5 ton flatbed or trailer to a 26 ton six wheeler chassis mounted high volume tanker, Buckingham's offer the full range of jetting performances, where the water & sludge produced whilst actually jetting are removed, either on a temporary basis until the blockage is cleared, or taken away from the site completely in the tanker. From power wash performances, then upward to cleaning 4” diameter branch or interceptor lines, & finally to main sewers, a full range is offered to suit operator requirements. If required, optional tipping & gully boom additions can enhance versatility still further.
From low volume packages upwards …tankers that collect as they jet!
Non hazardous vacuum cesspit or sludge tankers as described before, now with the add-on of a separate HD plastic water reservoir tank or as a separate compartment split within the vacuum tank barrel, feeding usually a triple piston high pressure water pump driven via a separate diesel or petrol engine, or PTO. This high pressure water is then delivered via an unloader safety valve and filter to a manual or hydraulic operated hose reel containing high pressure hose of varying lengths with bore’s ranging from 3/8” to 1/2” to 3/4” to 1”. The appropriate jetting nozzle or hand lance is then attached for work. The lance & two base jetting nozzles are usually included as standard with further optional nozzle selections available.
