Remount For Southern Cesspool Services (SCS)

Buckingham supplied SCS's first tanker in 2001, so we were delighted to be awarded their recent order to remount a 2005 year 10,000L Stainless Vacuum Sludge Tanker from an old Volvo chassis on to a brand new DAF FA LF 250. Our brief was to ensure the tanker equipment matched the new chassis/cab for looks as well as performance, whist using as many quality items from the original. A technically challenging but enjoyable task was the message from the shop floor, for the specification included plenty of hydraulic & electric assistance, along with push button operations. New IVA standards had to be incorporated along with an excellent paint finish. A quality job again!
