Buckaloo!
We supplied our very first tanker to the Falklands in 1990 - & a Buckaloo toilet tanker it was! So, 35 years later we have supplied this our 3rd Buckaloo to the South Atlantic Islands… as well as the many truck chassis mounted tankers also supplied since.
The spec of this one being our most popular capacity of 2,500 litre (550 galls) including a fresh water compartment of 500 litres. An electric start Honda engine driving the MEC 2000 exhauster, electric water pump, the usual 50’ x 2” suction hose & probe, Retracta hose reel for water discharge & white paint finish completes the package.
This particular order was placed via Team Leyland, who provided us with a new Iveco Daily 70S17 chassis/cab fitted with an aluminium dropside body. Although our Buckaloo’s are fully self contained & demountable, it was requested that this one to be bolted down to the dropside floor.
